Gain real-world hospitality skills in a fun, hands-on environment – building confidence and preparing for a pop-up restaurant day.

Learning Outcome

Participants take part in hands-on hospitality activities that strengthen their skills, boost confidence, and prepare them for employment and future opportunities. You’ll take part in:

- Menu planning

- Food safety and hygiene

- Recipe practice in a commercial kitchen

- Waitperson training

- Customer service skills

- Teamwork and communication

10 weeks / 1 day per week
