John Stewart

Chair Person and Director

John Stewart


John has been a Chartered Accountant for over 40 years and joined the Omnia Inclusive Board in October 2019.

With considerable executive leadership experience, including several CEO roles, he is adept at guiding organisations through significant change and financial challenges with a focus on strategy, forecasting and the astute management of cash flow.

John has previously been a Director of UNICEF Australia.

Peter Kirkwood

Peter has been a Healthcare Industry professional for over 25 years and was a founding member of the Job Centre Australia Board in 2006 (the forerunner to Omnia Inclusive).

He has held senior roles within some of Australia’s largest healthcare organisations, and brings valuable additional insights having spent five years working as a Youth Employment and Training Officer earlier in his career.

Peter also sits on the Board of Wiradjuri Community Development Group.

Jennine Blundell

Jennine has over 20 years of leadership experience in commercial and not-for-profit organisations, including roles spanning employment, disability and social enterprises.

A strategic leader with strong financial, people and governance skills, she has held various Board and CEO positions. Jennine specialises in adapting to unfamiliar environments, solving complex challenges and providing stewardship for future growth.

She became a Director in 2017 and is constantly inspired by Omnia Inclusive’s role in strengthening communities by empowering individuals.

Brad McMahon

Brad has been a Human Resources specialist for over 25 years and joined the Board in 2021.

Having led his own HR consulting business since the early 2000s, he believes passionately in the power of work to drive a deeper sense of personal worth and contribution. Brad’s vision is for an Australia where quality employment opportunities exist for all.

He is proud to be part of a committed group of people who are totally focused on achieving that at Omnia Inclusive.

Sharon Cooke

Director

Sharon Cooke


Sharon has spent more than 30 years working as an educator, specialising in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community engagement.

A grandmother of three, she joined the Omnia Inclusive Board in 2022.

Her focus is raising awareness of Omnia Inclusive Employment Solutions, and specifically the role our unique and individualised services can play in supporting the employment of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in local communities.

Chris Connor

Chris has worked in Australia’s disability employment sector since 1987, holding numerous administration, accountancy and senior management positions, as well as sitting on several industry boards.

With the wisdom of more than 35 years behind him, he continues to be highly motivated by the quest to provide exceptional services and meaningful employment opportunities for people living with disability and other diverse characteristics.

He joined the Omnia Inclusive Board in 2018.

Stephen Pollard

Stephen is Registered Paramedic whose career spans 46 years with NSW Ambulance and 20 years with the Health Services Union, including 18 years as HSU State President.

Highly skilled in dealing with issues relating to WH&S, industrial relations and compliance with government policies and procedures, he has been a Director since 2006.

Stephen is passionate about making a lasting difference for people with disability and helping all candidates achieve better life outcomes through training and ongoing support.

Matt Little

Matt Little accepted the role of CEO in 2023. With an impressive career spanning 25 years in the Employment Services industry, Matt has consistently focused on disability, disadvantages, and innovation.

Simultaneously, a seasoned industry leader, Matt has played a pivotal role in shaping progress within the sector as the former leader of the CoAct network from 2013 to 2022 and currently serving as the Chair of the National Employment Services Australia (NESA) Board.
