Social Skills and Communication

Our program focuses on building skills with peers. Learn about active listening skills, verbal and non-verbal communication, conversational skills and building friendships.  The in centre program supports participants build social awareness and social problem solving skills with peers.

Learning Outcome

Building self-confidence in social skills and communication with peers, learning how to set personal boundaries. Participants will gain an understanding of a range of foundational social skills and the importance of creating meaningful long lasting healthy friendships.
