Mindful Sensory Art

This 6-week immersive experience combines mindfulness techniques with hands-on, fun art experiments. From slime-making, knitting, clay play, sand art and much more. This program is designed to engage the senses, foster creativity, and promote relaxation and self-awareness through interactive and enjoyable art activities.

Learning Outcome

1.  Learn to integrate mindfulness techniques into their daily lives, enhancing their sensory awareness.

2. Express emotions creatively through various art materials, improving emotional well-being and reducing stress.
