Discovering the right path after leaving school can be both exciting and challenging. As a trusted NDIS provider with over two decades of experience, we specialise in empowering school leavers and young adults to build essential social, independence and employment skills.
Our new Customised Employment Model focuses on each participant’s strengths, interests and goals and helps them develop practical skills, gain real world experience and connects them with customised employment opportunities and intensive on-the- job support.
Our tailored and personalised support is delivered through a mix of group programs and one-on-one support to ensure every participant can reach their individual goals with confidence.

Finishing school can be an overwhelming time. Through our Customised Employment program, we partner with young adults living with disability at every stage of their journey into post-school life. From building independence and social skills, to arranging work experience and connecting with tailored employment opportunities, and then continue to support you on the job.

Youth NDIS programs are tailored to the needs of our participants and vary from office to office. Most of our sites have group activities five days a week so there is always something to join in on!
And, we also run interest group programs like: art, dungeons and dragons, fitness, learning Auslan, getting your Learner License and movie making.

🍽️ Preparations are well underway for Lettuce Eat! Our Chatswood NDIS participants are getting ready for next month's Lettuce Eat Pop-Up Restaurant, where they’ll showcase their cooking skills, teamwork and customer service to family, friends and the wider community. It was great to welcome students from Catholic College Wodonga to our Albury office, where they took part in a simulated learning experience in our in-house Mini Woolies Omnia training facility and gained insight into developing workplace skills. 🛒 From serving customers to stocking shelves, students gained hands-on retail experience while building confidence and communication.
