Finishing school can be an overwhelming time. Through our School Leaver Employment Support (SLES) programs, we partner with young adults living with disability at every stage of their journey into post-school life. From building independence and social skills, to arranging work experience and navigating Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA), your students are never alone.

Youth NDIS programs are tailored to the needs of our participants and vary from office to office. Most of our sites have group activities five days a week so there is always something to join in on!
And, we also run interest group programs like: art, dungeons and dragons, fitness, learning Auslan, getting your Learner License and movie making.

From Animal Lover to Future Animal Carer 🐾 NDIS Young participant Lauren has always loved animals and is now building a future in animal care. With support from the Omnia Inclusive team, she has enrolled in a Certificate II in Animal Care through TAFE 🎓 and attends weekly work placement on Thursdays. Through hands-on experience, she is developing practical animal care skills while working toward her 109+ required field hours 🐾💛. Under the Lights: High-Energy Action & Big Smiles 🌙🔥 Albury NDIS participants enjoyed the high-energy atmosphere of Freestyle Kings at Lavington Sports Ground as part of our OmniaSocial Weekend & After Dark events. They took in the adrenaline-filled show that kept everyone on the edge of their seats. With food in hand between the action, there were plenty of laughs and excitement. Our in-house Mini Woolies Omnia training is opening doors to real employment opportunities - and our NDIS Albury participant, Lisa, is a great example 👏👏👏 Through this part of our employment program, Lisa built skills in customer service, money handling, and point of sale - gaining the confidence to step into a real workplace. Now completing work experience at her local Woolworths, Lisa is enjoying working across departments, connecting with staff, and chatting with customers. A one-week work experience placement - that’s all it took to open the door for our NDIS Wyong participant Noah 👏👏👏 That one week turned into a three-month paid trial and now a secured apprenticeship! Noah is now enrolled in his Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining - he's well on his way to building a successful career in the building industry!! Through our NDIS Employment Supports, Noah didn’t just get the opportunity - he had the right support to turn it into a real outcome. With his Youth Consultant guiding him every step of the way - from application, to trial, and onto his apprenticeship - Noah built the confidence, skills, and experience needed to succeed. This is what meaningful employment support looks like: opening doors, backing potential, and creating pathways into long-term careers. Volunteering in the Community 💚 Our Albury participants are gaining skills, confidence, and connection through volunteering as part of our Youth NDIS supports. At Chatty Café in the Glenecho Community Centre, they help prepare coffees and support activities like plant potting, contributing to a welcoming space for community connection. They also volunteer with Food Without Barriers in Wodonga, assisting with lunch service for community members. These experiences provide meaningful opportunities to build capability, contribute locally, and grow through giving back.
