Violet Clark

Youth Program Coordinator
Canberra
Why did you choose to work in Youth NDIS Services?

I joined Omnia Inclusive at the end of November 2023, inspired by the organisation’s meaningful impact within the NDIS sector and its commitment to helping people build employment opportunities and independent living skills. With Certificate IV qualifications in Mental Health and in Community Services and Development, as well as a Certificate in Disability, I bring both practical knowledge and a genuine passion for supporting others.

I’m driven to make a real difference – helping participants grow in confidence, reach their goals, and live more independently. Every day in this role reinforces how rewarding it is to be part of this work.

What do you like about working at Omnia Inclusive?

What I enjoy most about working at Omnia Inclusive is the way the organisation values and supports its team. There is a strong sense of appreciation, which makes the workplace both positive and motivating. Knowing that staff are genuinely cared for allows us to put our best efforts into supporting participants and creates an environment where everyone feels included and respected.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is witnessing participants achieve their employment goals and come out of their shell. It’s inspiring to see their confidence grow as they discover their strengths and begin to believe in themselves. Hearing participants say that their progress is a direct result of the support and opportunities provided by Omnia Inclusive makes the work incredibly meaningful. Moments like these remind me of the positive impact we can have on someone’s career, independence, and sense of self-worth, and motivate me to continue developing my skills to provide the best support and encouragement possible.

What is a fun fact about yourself that people may not know?

A fun fact about me that many people might not know is that I recorded an album when I was 16. It was a quirky and memorable experience, and even though it feels a bit weird looking back now, it still makes me smile. It was a great opportunity to explore my creativity and try something completely new.
