Omnia Inclusive Employment Solutions Robina are Outstanding. You couldn’t find a more supportive, empathetic or professional organisation within the Disability jobseeker Provider Network. I was unemployed for many years with another provider, and I had given up trying to find work. Then I found Omnia, and my world changed. I am very grateful and happy to say that I will be starting full time work. I can’t thank Fiona Simone, and David enough for supporting me 💯 to help me achieve my goal. The Robina office is without doubt the best Disability Job seeker Provider. I am so happy to be back with your friendly team, love the atmosphere at the Robina office everyone cares and understands my problems and do there best to help. Just talking to Kathryn at my Face to Face appointments and during Covid which were phone appointments, Kathryn was very caring and supported me through the uknown and for my health and wellbeing was taken into consideration.

I highly recommend Job Centre Australia to any parent who has a young adult with special needs who is discovering what options are available for fulfilling employment or micro enterprise opportunities. Our experience has been a very professional, personalised, flexible approach to Aimie’s goals with a very high level of support from two very experienced and skilled staff. Jointly, the progress Aimie has already made in such a short time, to overcome things that have been hindering her progress for years, and to discover a passion for a business idea she hadn’t even considered previously, has resulted in Aimie being happier than she ever has. Hope has been restored and she is now optimistic of her ability to be financially independent doing something she loves. Not only is employment and business training offered, but a variety of workshops and social events with other participants is also available. Our experience has been a very wholistic experience, with her mentors welcoming insights of unseen challenges that Aimie has, that are hindering her career goals. In particular, her mentor Katie recently helped Aimie conquer a mental roadblock in a week, that several Psychologist had been unable to do in years!!! From the admin staff Kim, senior management Rebecca and Amanda, and Aimie’s personal mentors, Katie and Kathryn - 5 star ratings to all - I am very grateful to you all for the experience we have had. The integrity of Job Centre Australia is highly commendable which is definitely not shared by all NDIS providers in my experience. So look no further! You won’t be disappointed.

I am so happy with my experience at Job centre Robina. The people there care about their clients and are so proactive in their mission to find us suitable employment. I have been there for a month and already I am excited about doing an in class course which will lead to employment. My consultant Katie is just so lovely and understanding, patient and kind with helpful advice, a great listener and such a positive upbuilding manner towards her clients. You feel like you matter , and for any person struggling with a disability this is the best place to be on your search to find suitable employment.

As of Feb 2021, I have had two employment opportunities provided to me from J.C.A. The first proved not suitable but I was grateful to them for the efforts made towards helping me get to try it out. The second opportunity was made available as of today and I am gratefull and chuffed for the opportunity. So far, it looks like a very promising opportunity and I am very gratefull to them for having introduced it to me. They have been very supportive to my personal needs during the C19 pandemic and have listened very carefully to my specific circumstances. They have been patient towards my requirements and have provided positive results. 5 stars.

Excellent advice and service Fiona is awesome efficient caring and Knowledgable. Can not speak her praises highly enough.

Sadly I have been through many job providers since being laid off, Job Center has done more to help and try to find a job then the rest combined. A much better, genuine service compared to the others.
