Fantastic staff, great people all around! They go above and beyond in meeting all of your requirements and wishes. You walk out of an appointment feeling like you’ve been through a relaxing therapy session. It’s nice not to be treated like a number. Highly recommended! Brendan deserves special recognition.
I have been with Omnia Inclusive for 2 years and have been fortunate enough to Have Samantha F as my case manager. I have always found her to be professional, kind and supportive often going above and beyond to help me. She has always put my needs first and always has time to help me with any situation that comes up. I have always found everyone at the Hamilton office to be helpful, welcoming and always willing to help. OMNIA INCLUSIVE IS THE BEST DISABILTY EMPLOYMENT PROVIDER EVER!

Since I connected with Kathryn for assistance at Omnia, she has supported me from day one with the sign-up process to being my consultant. Kathryn is very supportive, genuine, caring, and down-to-earth nature. Her consistent support in overcoming my employment obstacles has truly made a difference. Each week Kathryn dedicates her time to helping me with job preparation, creating a resume/cover letter and guiding me in search for employment opportunities. Kathryn has assisted in improving my learning and skill set with general discussions at our appointments and also enrolling me in training workshops at Omnia, which I enjoyed this has increased my self esteem and self belief. In general, I always feel very welcomed when attending my appointments by the team at Omnia, The staff are highly professional, very happy with the service.
I have dealt with Karen, Dave and Rob at the Robina branch, and I cannot express my gratitude toward them all. Omnia Inclusive Employment Solutions Robina are Outstanding. You couldn’t find a more supportive, empathetic or professional organisation within the Disability jobseeker Provider Network. I was unemployed for many years with another provider, and I had given up trying to find work. Then I found Omnia, and my world changed. I am very grateful and happy to say that I will be starting full time work. I can’t thank Fiona Simone, and David enough for supporting me 💯 to help me achieve my goal. The Robina office is without doubt the best Disability Job seeker Provider. If you are getting no where with your current provider, then transfer now to achieve your goals and know that you will be fully supported by these fantastic people and service. A big shout out to Omnia Inclusive Employment Services - they provide an incredible service which surpasses any other providers, in particular the amazing work that Brendan Ryan and Kathryn Abraham do for their clients is exceptional, their dedication and commitment always shines in everything they do for others. There is never any task that's too big, they go above & beyond to support others achieve the best possible outcomes. I have seen their work, so I highly recommend these guys for that high quality, values driven support.

Please read to the end, it is very important. I have only been with Cowra's Omnia for a few months, Jayne is the lady handling my case. I am not a person who like or be bothered with the Idea of private companies who parade as employment finders, with special needs or not. I have had a few dealings over the years, and have always walked away disgusted, feeling alienated and realizing that these are nothing more than parasites conning tax payer dollars, during these times I was treated by these companies with complete contempt. and they never ever ever found me employment. I have always been more than capable of doing that myself. In fact every position I have ever gone for, I walked away with the job, no waiting, no "we still have more people to interview. I got everyone of those jobs on my own merit. In saying that since my health ( both physically and especially mentally) has declined, I have basically thought my working life over, and simply wanted to be put on the scrap heap, I moved to Cowra from Cairns in Nth to become a caretaker in the rail heritage centre here. I do a few hours a week to cover my home and power. Jayne, is one of your most wonderful assets. I went in being a little uncooperative, because I hater being in the system and being vulnerable. Jayne was nothing but a complete and settling professional. We went through my needs, wishes, dream for the future. Not only is Jayne extremely helpful, she is also an amazing lady. I could nearly write a novel of how this lady has changed my attitude, settled ma lot of my anxiety regarding going back into the work force all on her own back. I have an exemption form Centrelink obligations, however, Jayne and our conversations, I have encouraged her to find me suitable part time work. I give Omnia and Jayne 5 full stars.
