About the Role

As a Workplace Specialist, you will support participants to prepare for work, gain employment, and maintain sustainable jobs. You will work closely with participants, employers, and internal colleagues to deliver a high‑quality, personalised service.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide individual, face‑to‑face and onsite support to participants
• Assist participants to settle into and maintain ongoing employment
• Build strong and positive relationships with employers
• Collaborate with Employer Specialists to create future job opportunities
• Deliver customised support that meets the needs of both participants and employers

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in disability employment or an understanding of barriers faced by people with disability
• Strong resilience, planning, and problem‑solving skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs
• Ability to work autonomously and stay motivated
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong digital skills and attention to detail
• Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Current driver’s licence and ability to travel locally

Qualifications in employment services, career development, or community services are highly regarded. A comprehensive induction and training program will be provided.
