As a Career Consultant, you will provide hands-on support to candidates throughout their entire employment journey, from initial intervention management and referrals to health and community services, to professional development, interview preparation, and progress monitoring. You’ll work closely with candidates to offer coaching and guidance at every stage, helping them secure meaningful employment. This end-to-end support is not only integral to their success, but also deeply rewarding, as you play a key role in making life-changing impacts on their careers and futures.
Location:
As our Recruitment Advisor, you will develop and implement tailored talent acquisition strategies aligned with our vision, build and maintain strong talent pools, and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruitment and attraction strategies. You will lead recruitment activities across both operational and corporate roles, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from selection to onboarding, while ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and contributing to DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives. Additionally, you will drive innovation in recruitment processes by managing our HRIS Employment Hero to strengthen our talent pool, now and into the future, and leverage internal recruitment metrics to influence business outcomes.
