Workplace Consultants play a critical role in providing Omnia Inclusive participants and employers with localised, personalised support to drive placement and career progression. You will offer end-to-end assistance, including preparing participants for employment, providing life skills, facilitating job placements, and offering ongoing workplace support to ensure long-term success. By working closely with participants and our Business Relationship Consultant, you’ll identify job opportunities and build strong employer relationships, ensuring a positive experience for everyone. Your focus will be on understanding each individual’s unique needs and creating opportunities that align with their career goals, while also promoting our brand in the market.

In this role, you’ll conduct one-on-one consultations to assess career needs and goals, develop personalised career plans, and provide guidance on job search strategies, resume writing, interview preparation, and networking. You’ll also assist participants in identifying job opportunities that match their skills, support them in overcoming barriers to employment or advancement, and monitor progress towards career goals, all while staying up-to-date on industry trends and labour market information.

NDIS Youth Consultants provide comprehensive support for Omnia Inclusive participants by delivering tailored group and individual training to enhance skills, confidence, and progress towards employment, independence, and social goals. They use their creativity and expertise to design customised workshops that cater to the unique needs of each group, working alongside NDIS Youth Workplace Consultants to offer end-to-end support, including internal training, workplace, and community assistance, ensuring positive, productive outcomes and helping participants achieve their career and life aspirations.

NDIS Youth Assistant provides end-to-end support for Omnia Inclusive participants in preparation for employment and/or life skills, including internal training, workplace and community support and to ensure positive, productive outcomes for Omnia Inclusive participants.
