John has been a Chartered Accountant for over 40 years and joined the Omnia Inclusive Board in October 2019.
With considerable executive leadership experience, including several CEO roles, he is adept at guiding organisations through significant change and financial challenges with a focus on strategy, forecasting and the astute management of cash flow.
John has previously been a Director of UNICEF Australia.
Peter has been a Healthcare Industry professional for over 25 years and was a founding member of the Job Centre Australia Board in 2006 (the forerunner to Omnia Inclusive).
He has held senior roles within some of Australia’s largest healthcare organisations, and brings valuable additional insights having spent five years working as a Youth Employment and Training Officer earlier in his career.
Peter also sits on the Board of Wiradjuri Community Development Group.
Jennine has over 20 years of leadership experience in commercial and not-for-profit organisations, including roles spanning employment, disability and social enterprises.
A strategic leader with strong financial, people and governance skills, she has held various Board and CEO positions. Jennine specialises in adapting to unfamiliar environments, solving complex challenges and providing stewardship for future growth.
She became a Director in 2017 and is constantly inspired by Omnia Inclusive’s role in strengthening communities by empowering individuals.
Stephen is Registered Paramedic whose career spans 46 years with NSW Ambulance and 20 years with the Health Services Union, including 18 years as HSU State President.
Highly skilled in dealing with issues relating to WH&S, industrial relations and compliance with government policies and procedures, he has been a Director since 2006.
Stephen is passionate about making a lasting difference for people with disability and helping all candidates achieve better life outcomes through training and ongoing support.
Sharon has spent more than 30 years working as an educator, specialising in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community engagement.
A grandmother of three, she joined the Omnia Inclusive Board in 2022.
Her focus is raising awareness of Omnia Inclusive Employment Solutions, and specifically the role our unique and individualised services can play in supporting the employment of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in local communities.
Chris has worked in Australia’s disability employment sector since 1987, holding numerous administration, accountancy and senior management positions, as well as sitting on several industry boards.
With the wisdom of more than 35 years behind him, he continues to be highly motivated by the quest to provide exceptional services and meaningful employment opportunities for people living with disability and other diverse characteristics.
He joined the Omnia Inclusive Board in 2018.
Brad has been a Human Resources specialist for over 25 years and joined the Board in 2021.
Having led his own HR consulting business since the early 2000s, he believes passionately in the power of work to drive a deeper sense of personal worth and contribution. Brad’s vision is for an Australia where quality employment opportunities exist for all.
He is proud to be part of a committed group of people who are totally focused on achieving that at Omnia Inclusive.
Sarah has been part of Woolworths Group since 1992, and during this time she has performed a number of technology, project management, commercial and service delivery roles.
In her current role as General Manager Enterprise Operations and Mini Woolies, Sarah leads a team of more than 300 people who support all of the Group’s corporate systems with Service Desk, Service Transformation, Tech Centres, Training, Service Operations & Service Delivery Management capabilities.
Sarah has been instrumental in the conception and development of the Mini Woolies program, supporting the learning experiences of young people with disabilities through simulated supermarket experiences for over six years. Sarah is a valued member of Woolworths Group Technology’s senior leadership team and partners with leaders across the Group.
In addition to her current role, Sarah contributes to the local community for multiple initiatives, including teaching local schools how to use technology, providing work experience for school and university students and assisting with pathways to employment opportunities.
Sarah currently holds two Board positions, one with Google on their Customer Collaboration Board, where Sarah represents Woolworths and is the only Australian Board member for all user based requirements of Google. Sarah’s other Board is a Customer Service Advisor for The Garden of Vegan, an Australian owned Vegan ready made food business based on the Gold Coast Qld.
Matt Little accepted the role of CEO in 2023. With an impressive career spanning 25 years in the Employment Services industry, Matt has consistently focused on disability, disadvantages, and innovation.
Simultaneously, a seasoned industry leader, Matt has played a pivotal role in shaping progress within the sector as the former leader of the CoAct network from 2013 to 2022 and past Chair of the National Employment Services Australia (NESA) Board.
Cath has over twenty years’ experience in developing people centric strategies in Media, Legal and Professional Services over her 20 plus year career, acquired both in Australia and abroad. As a special needs parent, Cath has first-hand experience of the importance of the work carried out by Omnia Inclusive in supporting individuals with disabilities and contributing to the community.
In her capacity as General Manager – People and Customer, Cath utilises her extensive experience and adaptability to ensure the strategies in attracting and driving a high performance culture within Omnia Inclusive enriches the lives of our participants and drives inclusion for our community partners.
Kristina is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with an extensive professional background spanning more than 25 years, acquired both within Australia and abroad. With a tenure of over 8 years within our organisation, and as a mother of a child with a disability, Kristina has a deep appreciation for the impactful work carried out by Omnia Inclusive in supporting individuals with disabilities and contributing to the community.
In her capacity as General Manager – Enabling Services, Kristina leverages her wealth of experience, a versatile set of skills, and a hands-on approach to champion the pursuit of excellence with a commitment to maintaining impeccable standards of quality and fostering a culture of innovation ensuring ongoing success in making a difference in the lives of individuals and the community.
Kate is a passionate advocate for the Disability Sector, dedicating her career to supporting individuals with disabilities and disadvantages. Joining Omnia Inclusive Employment Solutions in 2006 as an Employment Consultant, her commitment to fostering inclusion, independence, and meaningful contributions to society has been unwavering.
In her role as the General Manager of Operations, Kate ensures that our DES and NDIS teams provide exceptional service to stakeholders, driving excellence and creating opportunities for positive change in the sector.
