Libby Mutimer

Community Engagement Coordinator
Albury, Young & Wagga Wagga
Why did you choose to work in Youth NDIS Services?

I joined Omnia Inclusive in December 2024, bringing with me a degree in Marketing & Communications and a Diploma in Health Promotion. I was drawn to the industry because I wanted to use my skills and experience to make a real difference. Supporting young adults with disabilities and their families is something I’m truly passionate about, and I’m proud to be part of a team that’s committed to empowering individuals and building more inclusive communities.

What do you like about working at Omnia Inclusive?

I love being part of a supportive, passionate team that genuinely cares about creating positive change in people’s lives.

Every day brings new opportunities to make a difference, and it’s incredibly motivating to see the real-world impact of our work.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my role is supporting our youth NDIS participants as they transition from school into the next stage of their lives. I love getting to know our participants and working closely with their families and schools to make that transition as smooth and positive as possible. Watching their progress over time and celebrating their achievements, big or small, is what makes this job so special.

What is a fun fact about yourself that people may not know?

I’m a big netball fan – I play and coach every weekend!
