Purpose of the role
Youth Workplace Consultant is primarily responsible for assisting participants to explore industries and build the skills and experience needed to secure & maintain sustainable on-going employment through workplace support, liaising with employers & working effectively with other Omnia Inclusive Staff

About the role
As our Youth Workplace Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting young people with disability to develop employment skills, gain work experience, and transition into sustainable employment. You will work closely with participants, families, employers, schools, and support coordinators to create individualised pathways to employment.
