Join Omnia Inclusive as a Casual NDIS Youth Assistant, where you’ll support young people of all abilities to build confidence, independence and employment skills. This flexible role involves delivering training, creating engaging workshops and working closely with our team to help participants achieve their goals. Key Duties:

  • Deliver group and 1:1 training to build life, social and employability skills
  • Create and tailor engaging workshops for diverse youth groups
  • Support participants with their employment and independence goals
  • Provide workplace, community and internal training support
  • Collaborate with Youth Workplace Consultants to track progress
  • Build confidence, motivation and engagement with participants

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative approach to designing and presenting workshops
  • High computer literacy
  • Resilience and confidence supporting challenging behaviours
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and participant needs
  • Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for helping young people

Conditions of Employment

Prior to commencement, this position required you to undertake and provide all necessary checks including:

  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check, and
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
