Job Summary

Are you an Occupational Therapist passionate about helping adults and young people to build independence, confidence, and sustainable employment pathways? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering high-quality person-centred supports within an innovative NDIS service model.

We are seeking

  • A motivated, experienced Occupational Therapist to create meaningful, individualised plans that build functional skills and improve quality of life for adults and young people (15 years+) with disabilities.
  • Part-time or full-time opportunity available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessments across functional capacity, sensory needs, daily living skills, emotional regulation, and work readiness.
  • Plan, implement and evaluate innovative individual and small group therapy programs that support engagement skill development and employment preparation
  • Design and implement tailored employment-focused interventions, such as work skills development, vocational capacity building, job task analysis, workplace modifications, and graded employment pathways.
  • Develop high-quality clinical reports, progress updates, and recommendations aligned with NDIS requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with NDIS consultants, families, support workers, allied health, schools, and employers to ensure consistent approaches across environments.
  • Provide therapy onsite, via telehealth and workplace settings to support participants to achieve their employment, social and independence goals
  • About You
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration (or awaiting final registration)
  • Experience (or strong interest) in behavioural support, functional capacity assessments, and/or employment-focused therapy for young adults.
  • Strengths-based, creative, and able to engage young adults with diverse support needs.
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly in clinical documentation.
  • Current Working With Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and driver’s licence.
  • Intermediate levels of computer literacy.
  • All employees are required to prove their ‘right to work’ in Australia by providing copies of appropriate documentation before commencement.
