About the role

We have a range of positions are available located in the Tweed Heads region commencing in October 2025.

We’re inviting expressions of interest from passionate, results driven individuals with skills or interests in:

• Inclusive Employment Career professionals
• Business Development professionals
• Post Placement Support professionals
• Experienced Employment Services Leaders

We’re looking for people with expertise and a genuine commitment to supporting others into meaningful employment opportunities. Experience in employment services or NDIS will be considered, and qualifications in employment services, career development, or community services would be highly regarded. A targeted induction and training program will also be offered.

To thrive in this role, we are looking for:

• Resilience, strong problem solving and planning skills
• Experience in disability employment or an understanding of the barriers faced by individuals with disability in accessing employment
• A track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
• The ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated
• Strong digital literacy skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong administration and attention to detail
• Passionate about making meaningful impact through employment
• The ability to create and foster meaningful relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• A current driver’s licence and the ability to travel within your region
