**Job Summary:**
As an Employer Specialist, you’ll be the key link between employers and participants. You’ll engage with local businesses to understand their workforce needs, promote Omnia Inclusive services, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that create positive outcomes for both employers and participants.
This role is all about partnership — you’ll work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure participants are placed in safe, suitable roles, and employers receive the ongoing support they need for long-term success.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and maintain strong employer partnerships across a range of industries
- Identify and promote open employment opportunities that align with participant skills and goals
- Develop and deliver tailored recruitment and marketing strategies for employers
- Support employers with onboarding, incentives, and post-placement services
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure sustainable employment outcomes
- Provide ongoing, localised support through regular onsite and face-to-face engagement

**Skills:**
• Experience in business development, recruitment, or employer engagement
• Strong networking, communication, and relationship management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for inclusive employment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven, participant-centred environment
• Understanding of disability employment or community services (highly regarded)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in employment services, youth work, or disability support (highly regarded)
• Cert IV in Disability, Employment Services, Youth Work or similar (desirable)
• Driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally (required)
