The steps to working together

Everyone’s employment journey is different. For most, it usually follows seven easy steps. The pace at which you complete them is entirely up to you!

Getting to know you over the phone
Whether you have contacted us directly or been referred by someone else, your initial phone introduction is a great way for us to learn a little about you and your needs. We will also make an appointment so you can meet with one of our friendly Customer Experience Consultants at a time that suits you.
Our first meeting

Your Customer Experience Consultant will take the time to get to know you, your goals, passions, skills and experience.  They will discuss any challenges and support requirements you may have along with your Employment Services Assessment and any mutual obligation requirements.

Develop a tailored plan
Now it’s time to develop your personal support plan. This is 100% unique to you and will include things like training, qualifications or licences needed to help you achieve your career goals. It will also outline any other assistance you might require such as medical, allied health and community support services.
Identifying and overcoming barriers
Your employment journey is a team effort. Using your tailored plan as a guide, your Career Consultant will now spend some time with the other support providers in your life (such as your GP, allied health and community services). Together we will identify any barriers to your employment, and maximise your ability to find, and keep, your dream role.
You gain employment!
Now it’s time to meet your Workplace Consultant. They will be your main point of contact at Omnia Inclusive and provide personal support from the moment you begin your new role. They know starting a new job can be a little stressful, and will assist you with everything from completing paperwork and meeting new team-mates, to on-the-job training and more.
You maintain employment
Once you are settled in your role, your Workplace Consultant will stay in touch with you and your employer to make sure things keep going smoothly. With regular calls and face-to-face catch-ups, they are there to provide ongoing advice, training, referrals and any other support you might need from time to time.
You become independent
This is the end game! As your skills, confidence and experience continue to grow, you now have the personal tools to manage challenges at work, and other parts of your life. You have also developed the skills to keep growing your career independently. Well done!
