The Omnia Inclusive story began back in the early 1990s. Yes, a lot has changed since then, including our name. But our focus remains as strong as ever:

Over the past 30 years we are proud to have partnered with a wonderful array of Australian businesses, large and small. Together, we have helped to successfully place more than 27,000 diverse and valuable team members into the national workforce.

A national imperative

Australia’s Disability Strategy 2021–2031 (ADS) was created following extensive community consultation in 2019. Quickly embraced by all governments in Australia, it calls on individuals, businesses and groups to ensure people with disability can participate as equal members of society.

One of the big objectives of the ADS is Employment and Financial Security. This aligns directly with our purpose at Omnia Inclusive and continues to underpin the NDIS programs, DES support and end-to-end pathways we offer our candidates every day.
